Main equipment configuration and function
Main Shaft Box
The main shaft is driven by a gear box and a servo motor. The headstock sliding device can easily remove the headstock and honing tools from the machined hole after a honing cycle, remove the spindle bracket, and easily inspect and measure thediameter, and facilitate the replacement of stones and workpieces. The toolholdersupports the weight of the honing head, so that the honing head is in a safe state and avoids scratching the workpiece.

Schneider PLC control control system. 15-inch LCD touch screen operation, friendly man-machine interface, large information capacity, simple and convenient operation. Collect data in real time, feedback and adjust parameters in real time. After connecting to the Internet, remote fault diagnosis can be realized, and equipment maintenancebecomessimple. Our superdynamic database of processing parameters, the operator only needs to inputIDof the workpiece, and the machinewillautomatically generate the corresponding parameters such as spindle speed, spindle box gear, maximum load rate, maximum protection torque, etc. Minimize the operator's workload and effectively prevent wrong operations. Whenhoningblind holes, after setting the relevant parameters,itcan perform short stroke or small pause function on the blind end of the blind holesand the two ends of the through holesonly when the operator startsthe machine. The commutation accuracy reaches 0.1 mm,the independent machining load online measurement and automatic correction program can realize automatic control of local honing.
Honing stone feed system
The high and low pointsin the holeand the taper of the innersurfacecan be detected in real timeduring the whole processing, and reflected in the display screen in real time in the form of graphics. No manual operation is required for the found high and low points, the machinewill repair the high point by itself with a short stroke; when the processing curve is close to a straight line,meansthe cylindricity is highly consistent. At the same time, it also supports manualsettingshort stroke repair, and the number and amplitude of short strokes can be adjusted.
Tool slide
After honing, the spindle bracket can be removed from the slideway, which is convenient for inspection and measurement ofdiameter, and convenient for replacement of workpieces and stonesas well. The tool holder supports the weight of the honing head.Itkeeps the honing head in a safe state without scratching the workpiece.
Cooling and Filtration System
The equipment filter system is equipped with a webbing filter, a magnetic separator and a filter screen three-stage filter device. The magnetic separator can automatically remove the honing mud and reduce the labor intensity of the operator. The filtering precision is less than20μm.
Programmable touch screen
The programmable touch screen makes it easy to enter the size of the workpiece, the machine will recommend the correct tool selection, and calculate the appropriate spindle speed. The touch screen can also display the real-time working status: the load of the spindle, the high and low points in the workpiece, the position of the honing head, the honing time, the feed rate, the power range, etc. For the main processing parameters, stroke, pressure, and time, there is a shortcut for direct adjustment using the touch screen.Themachine's automatic repair functioncan automatically perform short-range repairs on this position after detecting thesizewhere the inner diameter is too small.

In the core technology of high-speed rail, high-speed hollow axle has always been a foreign monopoly technology. In 2014, Jinxi Axle Co., Ltd., the actual holding company of my country North Industries Group Corporation, overcame the technical difficulties of high-speed rail axle in 4 years from 2010 to 2014.
